As is
As is, this is a fairly cool thing. The first time you do anything is going to be a slow slog through what feels like a tight tight rope walk. This is my first attempt at the full human figure. I have the legs fairly leather hard now with supporting dowels up the center of the feet and legs. The goal is to replace the dowels post glaze fire with actual metal rods that will tighten down inside the waist area. The torso head and arms section will just sit ontop of this braced form. The figure should stand on it’s own, but the wires up the center should give really good grounding to whatever board it gets screwed to.
Started working on shoulders and arms this morning.
